Samosa (Kenyan snack)

These are among-est the most time consuming snacks to make that disappear in seconds, delicious!. So why not try it yourself its the best time you'll ever spend.
Ingredients for the dough:
flour (3 cups)
oil (3 tbsp)
salt (1 tsp)
water (1 cup)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in big bowl and knead for 5 min.
Let the dough rest for around 30-40 min.
Roll into equal size balls and flatten with a roller placing the flat breads on-top of each other while applying oil in between each one.
stack a minimum of 5 each and then flatten each of the 5 with a roller to form one big flat bread.
place it in the oven at 200(c) until the first layer rises.
Fold to form your pockets as shown in the video.
FOR THE FILLING:
Spring onion (5 bunches)
Ginger (1)
Leeks (1)
Mince beef (optional) you can add mince chicken (2 kg)
Beef cubes (5)
Instructions:
At low heat, cook the ginger till fragrant then add the leeks and turn up the heat.
Cook leeks until translucent then add the beef.
Add beef cubes and cook the meet until its dry then add the onions.
Cook until onions are translucent then take off the heat and let it cool.
